While she was gone, I met a friend at work who lifted weights quite a bit and he got me into the swing of working out with him. Over the course of the summer, we wound up being workout buddies 6x a week. I was always a little chubby, but I wound up losing about 25 lbs and going from a 14% body fat content to an 8% content. My girlfriend just got home this weekend, and I was really excited to show her the \"new me\". She saw me and thinks I lost too much weight, told me she isn\'t really attracted to the \"skinny guy\" body I have going and that I need to gain some weight. After getting into such good shape, I\'m not sure I can do that... do you agree, did I lose too much weight, or is this a healthy size to be at? I\'m 6\'1 and 165 lbs.
