I am 77.4kg(12stone3) and 5ft 9. I am 15 year old and overweight. I am wanting advice on how to lose weight so that i am average in less than 6 months (however i am also planning to build muscle), and so i can change my lifestyle also to accommodate that.also i would like to build by upper body muscle which joins into a diet and routine. i mean by the foods to eat and what regular exercise to do. i would be grateful for your answers.
professional advice or personal experience would be great.

i dont want tips on how to do sudden diets, but ones which will accomodate my lifestyle.
