The pain doesn\'t happen in both sides at the same time, but it alternates randomly. I have a physical appt. set up for Wednesday. I feel a little short of breath, and I am a bit dizzy, but I am almost sure that it\'s because of my anxiety. I have a history with it and it is hard to control. I also get random pains in random spots on my arms(back of biceps, elbow, forearm, middlefinger, palm), but that isn\'t induced by any activity or breathing, it just happens randomly. I am not in good shape but i\'m not unhealthy either (6 foot 170 pounds) and i run every few days, lift weights. I am unsure of what exactly it could be. Also, I get random pain throughout my body, whether its a stabbing pain in my side or a throbbing pain in the arch of my foot. It happens for a few seconds, goes away, and comes back later. Any information would be helpful, thank you. http://www.livehealthyvillage.com/health presents Yahoo! Answers |

But they have these pills they can give you to stop your chest pain. you have to let them dissolve under your tongue. and trust me it helps. hope you get better!!!!!! another Yahoo!
