It depends how tall you are really to determine how much weight you need to lose. I mean, if you\'re 14 I assume the shortest you could be is like 5\"1 or 5\"0, and even if you weigh 115 pounds that is NOT fat at all. I wouldn\'t suggest losing more than 10 pounds.

Try by getting at least 2 hours of physical activity per week, and maybe restricting your caloric intake to like 1400 calories per day. And I don\'t mean 1400 calories of junk food.

Protein from chicken and dairy products.
Fiber through lots of veggies and Fiber 1 bars for a snack.
Fruits are good as well!

exercise, eat healthy meals make sure you have breakfast! fasting doesn\'t lose you weight

also my friend (a chief) told me instead of having 3 meals a day have 5 but smaller portions equivalent to having 3 a day

Wow, it could depend on your height, but on average age 14 and 115 pounds is REALLY small, I don\'t think you should need to lose weight! Drinking a lot of water really helps as it makes you feel fuller; when you want a snack, drink water instead and you will feel it fill your stomach. That is the best advice I can give apart from the usual \'eat healthy and exercise plenty\'

You have to diet and exercise. Just cut back a bit on what you normally eat and exercise for at least 15 minutes each day. I lost five pounds in just a week this way.

um well first, you should eat more veggies if you have a treadmill then go on it everyday, and really I don\'t think your overweight. But if you really feel that you do, then try these.

girl... please.......

at 14, 115 is a perfect weight......

if you do want to lose some weight, its really simple...

CUT OUT ALL THE SUGAR you can from your diet....

you will lose weight at an amazing rate, and it is healthy....

Just eat more fruits and veggies as snacks, and sensible meals, and you will do great! Incorporate some exercises, and you will be amazed.

The key is sugar and junk food...... say good bye to the bad foods out there as well.. No more McDonald\'s, and fast food... it is so so so unhealthy for you.

Eat a sensible breakfast too! This is important because it gets your metabolism going for the day. Then a sensible lunch, and dinner with the family, and you will be on your way to a healthy lifestyle!

OK,.... to recap... No sugar, or junk food, along with exercises...

run a couple of miles a day, or do an excersize tape.
alot of the time, i find myself going to the ondemand excersize section and doing jillian michaels or something. and before bed i do quick 10 minute workouts for my legs. really easy, you dont break a sweat. but it works.
and have egg whites for breakfast, salad for lunch, and have a healthy meat and a vegetable at dinner.
and drink alotttt of water. preferably ice. because your body burns calories trying to keep its temperature up.
and instead of snacking to much or having cookies or icecream.
have 100 calorie packs and fruit as your snacks and deserts.

First of all, you seem like you\'re alright. I don\'t think you need to lose that much.
Anyways, The easiest and most effective things to do are:
1) Run in the morning before you eat. You have no carbs in your system, so your body turns straight to fat.

2) Don\'t eat less, you could be hungry and miserable. Take what you\'d normally, and eat half that. Then eat the other half later. Take 3 big meals and snacks and turn that diet into 6 small meals. It will help keep your metabolism burning.

3) Do some core work and body weight exercises. Toning your muscles makes them need more calories, so you will burn more through the day even without working out.

4) Drink a lot of water. It clears junk from your system to help your metabolism, And skin! It also fills you up and you\'ll feel better.


Despite what some people say, theres no reason to try to cut all fat sugar or carbs from your diet. You\'ll just gain the weight back if you diet like that. Also, it makes you miserable and you\'re more likely to screw up your diet.

BTW, measure size not weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, but you want some lean muscle.

All you have to do is limit ur self. Have the correct vitamins im ur body every day so that you can have the strentgh to work out every day ( which you should) then, limit ur self say, i will eat 2 snaks today one in the morning and one in the after noon. Then with each meal say ull have only a small unheathly thing. A few weeks later say ull have i snack either in thr morning or after noon and then have a small unhealthy thing with only 2 meals. A few weeks after that say you will not have any sacks and only one small unhealthy thing the whole day. go in moderation and remember to eat ur veggies and work out close to evry day.
