| Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I NO ITS LONG BUT PLEASE READ IT!!!! i am a 12 (almost 13) year old girl. i am generally known as a super fit person with an awsome body but that all changed when i had injuries. i was very active and very fit but i was damaging my limbs and soon i inherited shin splints hip problems and the worst of all osgoodchlatter (knee problems) i had to stop my sport altogether because the pain was excrutiating. thats were the problem began. i am without a doubt a food aholic. i use to thribe on sport but when i gave it up i thrived on food. i started to gain weight and now my jeans are to small. i feel fat and unhealthy. i weigh around 55kl and am about 160cm my uper body is alrite but my tummy isnt as toned as it used to be and my thighs/ass are huge! well not that big but thats were ive gained the weight. i am out of shape and i feel pain in my knees when i try to do sport. i want to lose atleast 5 kilos! but i want to loose the fat in my thighs/ass and a bit in the tummy. how do i do this at my age, without annyone knowing? also need to lose fast! i have aths coming up and i wanna feel comfortable in my short shorts and singlet top! thnxx p.s i will try not to eat as much as i do, give me healthy eating tips thanx! my mother and father now i am trying to be healthier, but i dont want them to know that my plan is to lose weight. i have hidden my true body from them and they think its still awsome. its not. im only 13 though. but its very important thnxxx Powered By Yahoo!
