Rep Power: 0 LeeS is infamous around these parts

Default I\'m 13, Will This Workout Get Me Noticeably Stronger (six pack, larger biceps, etc.)?

I\'m 13, turning 14 in November, and i want to get a bit buffer. I joined the school cross country team. We\'re running about 4 miles, 4 days a week. I\'m also doing about 200-300 crunches a day, about 150 push ups, and around 25-35 chin ups. Is this too much, or too little. If I get results, about when will i get them.

Side Note: I\'m 13 (as i already said), 8\'th Grade. I\'m 5\'5 and weigh about 110. I\'ve played a little lacrosse, a little rock climbing, track, and a lot of soccer (though always for fun, not extremely competitively) I\'m a slender build but not skinny. I also have a very high metabolism. I have never been fat or over weight in anyway in my life. I somewhat have a 4-pack without ever working out.

So good for you for wanting this for your body. I did and it\'s a great feeling. I think you need to go easier on yourself with the crunches, push-ups, ect. You will more than anything see results, guaranteed

if your doing all that push ups, crunches, pull ups!
that is going to help alot.. your basically above average.. your body is still developing too... you WILL get results.. also your testosterone levels are extremely high wen your young.. so you should be good.. dnt be lifting weights untill you get into high school.. that will mess up your growth.. if lifting to early.. if anything.. if u dnt see where u wanna be.. lift light weights.. LIGHT!!!.. that way u get definition...and get bigger!
