I work on all muscle groups equally but my arms are rather small? I have been going to the gym and lifting weights for about a year now. i have a full 6 pack, fairly big chest muscles, but my Arms ( bicep and triceps ) aren\'t very big. Was wondering if there was anything i was doing wrong? when i go to the gym i spend half an hour on 2 different muscle groups, and i go about 3 times a week - Bicep and tricep, Shoulders and chest and abs and back. Please help as i dont like having a muscular body with smaller arms. thankyou
