Sugary drinks are a big problem for people because there sweet and take the edge away from being thirsty (in some cases). Staying away from food with lots of sugar is also a very smart choice. Over all Drinks that contain a high amount of Sugar and foods that are fatty and sugary are the things that you should stay away from. Also exercising regularly is a good part as well.
