Default What is a good diet and excersize plan for a 14 year old who needs to lose about 15 pounds, and keep it off?

I\'ve tried SparkTeen or whatever, and it didnt work for me. I need motivation. I am 5 ft 3, and about 128 pounds.
I\'ve heard this before: You\'re young and still growing... etc
There is one thing that i have questions about, some people lose a bunch of weight when they get their period, but i dont have mine yet.

also i need to slim down before fall break in two weeks- so i could go hardcore for 2 weeks then chill a bit-- help! i want to wear my new bikini!

I dont want it to be like a diet such as south beach but just some healthier foods, workouts, and motivations
